All tours are booked via WhatsApp at +54 11 2246 0841. We confirm availability within one hour of your message. Short-notice and last-minute bookings are welcome — we understand the unpredictability of aviation schedules.
Payment is made on the day of the tour, in USD cash or via bank transfer. Prices listed on our website are per person and include hotel pickup, drop-off, and English-speaking guide. No hidden fees.
We know roster changes happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know via WhatsApp as early as possible. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the tour start time incur no charge. For cancellations within 12 hours, we'll do our best to accommodate — reach out and we'll find a solution.
Our tours are designed for small groups. If your group exceeds 8 people, please contact us to arrange logistics. Larger groups may require adjusted timing or additional guides.
Tours operate rain or shine. In case of extreme weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.
